An ankle doctor who doesn't do second opinions; so he canceled my appointment (with no call) and 'sent' me to a foot doctor.
My insurance helped me set up an appointment after a car accident out of state. I have a leg injury in the bone (which is documented). Despite evidence that there's a LEG injury - the doctor here canceled my appointment with no warning and recommended I see a foot doctor (said the receptionist when I called). None of this was conveyed before calling - I checked emails and call logs including spam.
'You have a problematic leg injury, but our doctor doesn't look at leg injuries that were evaluated by a doctor over a year prior, so see a foot doctor instead.' This is an asine and insulting suggestion! Lose your medical license.

Always an excellent experience! Therapists are very knowledgeable and always friendly. They communicate and explain everything clearly and even manage to insert a little humor into the situation if possible.

The Doctors and PTs are great... but getting in is terrible. Phones are constantly down, messages aren't returned, and although the Dr oked my prescription, the nurse says she put it through but nothing is at the pharmacy... Ive called for over a week to try to get it corrected.... and still cant get through to talk to someone. What a disappointment.

I've been seeing Shannon Adcock for Physical Therapy. She has been absolutely amazing! She's very knowledgeable and informative. She has taken the time to address any concerns I've had through this whole process. Anytime I have a question she's able to thoroughly explain it me. She's also been absolutely wonderful at pushing me but also making sure I'm comfortable throughout it. When I first went in to see her I was absolutely terrified of even moving my knee after I dislocated it. Every appointment we've had she's made me more and more comfortable and has helped me gain the mental courage as well as the physical aspect to regain my strength and mobility in my knee again. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done to help me.
