Never got to see the vet. The ladies "helping" us seemed confused as to why we were even there. Neither were interested in hearing anything other than their specific question being asked, which means they were making decisions without the information of: having green fluid extruding from the gums when the problem was first noticed. For routine pet visits, maybe they are fine. Anything outside of routine, don't waste your time or money.

Dr. McSweeney and Denise (receptionist) have cared for Mila for about 17 yrs. There have been some major health issues during those years and I always know that the team at All Creatures will take good care of my beloved pet as well as our family's relationship with the pet. They are very good listeners and present facts and solutions to try and guide the very best decisions for healthcare. I read another review here that someone complained that they felt they were being charged for things without knowing.
