Great Products and Even better customer service! If you are looking for a honest hard working company that backs the Products they sell. We have an oil burner 200 and have been more than please with it. Highly Recommend. For Example: I was charged for a part that was under warranty and sent the check for payment. Instead of cashing it, they sent it back with a letter! When setting the unit up for the first time, every time I called with a problem we didn't understand they knew what to do!

Bought a heater a year ago for our automotive shop. Had problems with the shipping company losing half the order. Working with Lanair was wonderful. They jumped on the shipping company and had it all figured in a few days. They even said if they couldn't get it figured out they would just get a new piece coming. Called a few times during set up and got a call back right away if there weren't there. I deal with a lot of different companies for multiple reason and there are one of the best when it comes to customer service and taking care of there customers.
