I had small leak in a tricky area to access above my shut off valve under the kitchen sink. I stopped the leak and it was no longer going downstairs. So I decided to tighten the hex cap on the pipe down stairs connected to the pipe, it broke and tons of water came out. I had to completely turn off my house water that night. I called Ken the next day and was super surprised he could come to Clinton later that day or first thing tomorrow. I tried locating a way to buy the pipe, found nothing online or in store so when, he said it would only take a couple hours to fix everything, I almost laughed out of amazement. I called Ken on weekend. He returned the call the next day and scheduled for an appointment. Ken came on time in the morning and fixed the shower faucet quickly. And he took care of other shutoff valve issues as well. He gave me the detailed explanations of the problems and solutions. And this experience was very refreshing and the best I ever had. Since the plumber who worked for our house previously was not responding to our call or email for more than a week.
