I ordered the XL heavy duty version. It arrived in 2 days, safely and well packaged. A high quality shovel, it will be perfect. Free shipping was a nice benefit. I am not a 'price shopper' but I like to know the cost before I click on making the cart order, which was clear. I make purchase decisions more on the quality and service of the company and I like to buy direct. I will be a return Gempler's customer for sure.

I just ordered from this site last week and I am so happy how great they are with communication. I received an email stating my order was received, then one showing it was being processed and then one showing it was sent with a tracking number. It arrived 4 days after I placed the order. The product was of great quality and I just placed another order with them.
