“Jim and his crew were excellent! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend you look no further & come to them. I left another shop that I didn’t get a good vibe from that quoted me 4700 for a new radiator to be installed (1800 just for the radiator, 2900 for labor).
I sourced a new oem radiator from 1-800-Radiator for $1050 which included the frame. Then I found TruckServ and spoke to Jim who was transparent and friendly and told me to come on in. He made an exception for me since I had already purchased my own radiator and saved me over $1000 in labor compared to what the other shop originally wanted to charge me for the labor.
He went above and beyond and even gave me a ride to a nearby hotel to spend the night since I rolled in at 2pm and they closed at 4pm. Jim then called and picked me up the following morning at 11am when my truck was finished.“
