“We had some sort of terrible back up happening in our basement tub from every drain in the house. Had called Angi.com to get help and the handyman rented a weak auger. It barely dented the slow drain and backing up, and he broke our toilet. After he left, we put drain cleaner in there, as he suggested. It made the clog worse. We kept trying, but called future plumbing out of desperation. It took a few days due to the high demand for their services, but it was worth the wait. The plumber arrived with a serious auger. He got the terrible root clog out and advised us what products to use and when to keep the pipes clear. It was definitely worth the fee to finally have a clear pipe and peace of mind, and it took less than an hour to complete the job. Wish I had called them first, and will do so in the future.“
