Next month will mark my 10th year as part of the Valley Companies team; I worked here for 3 years, left for a couple years, and I came back 7 years ago. There's a reason I came back, I thought the grass might be greener somewhere else, went out and tried something new, learned a lot and learned that there's something extra special about being part of a family-owned business. From the Gilberts, to my co-workers, to my daily tasks and the customers, partners and vendors that I get to interact with on a daily basis - it's FUN! Working for Valley is such an incredible experience. It is clear that Valley brings world class talent, and solutions paired with technology to service their customers to the highest level, which is difficult to find elsewhere. Everyone who wears the Valley logo has the same goal in heart coming into work everyday and it shows through tenure. The leadership team is aligned and amazing to work for as well. Not to mention, the Hudson office is a really nice office space to work out of.
