I made a foolish oversight regarding my membership and given the reputation of gyms in particular when it comes to cancellation I had little hope that I would get out of this mess of my own creation easily. I was wrong. I think the fellow who helped me was named Jake and within about 10 minutes I was walking out wondering if canceling my membership was in fact the right move, because service this good is vanishingly rare these days.

While visiting town for a couple of days, I stopped by the Hudson location. The staff (Greta, Mike, and the bearded guy) were all extremely personable, friendly, and helpful. The facility was spotless, modern, and very inviting. I highly recommend this location!

The gym is the cleanest Planet Fitness I’ve been in, including a few in the twin cities and another one in Florida. Staff is always working and friendly. I always leave with a good workout in under my belt and a happier attitude.
