“Locked my keys in my running car while warming it up for my little guy this morning and Chad responded faster than expected. I had called a police dispatch earlier and wasn't able to cancel it in time so both showed up simultaneously. Chad was understanding and stayed to make sure they were able to get in even though he had other paying jobs on deck. Very kind of him to do so and couldn't thank him enough!“
“Duane did a fantastic job of installing a dishwasher in my kitchen. I did not have a previous dishwasher so it required removing a bank of drawers, which Duane thought could be salvaged. However it was not installed as he thought, so was required to damage them to get out. He then took it upon himself to repair the damaged cupboard and even gave me a butcher block top for them. He did not charge me extra for the parts he had to furnish/buy to complete the installation, even provided me with two new water filters without charge. He made certain there were no leaks and that the dishwasher worked properly before he left.
