Angel and his crew came out super quickly and did an excellent job repairing the mortar and replacing the flashing and ice and water damn around the chimney. The new mortar looks great and I was really happy with the quality of their work and the price was reasonable I highly recommend Landi Construction!“

Kara's communication was top-notch, keeping us informed about schedules and providing options when needed, particularly given the constraints of our condo association rules.Remarkably, the project stayed virtually on budget, with the minor $1600 overrun attributable to some upgrades we opted for and a floor-related drainage issue. Getting the entire project scheduled was an easy process with Tina giving as explicit and detailed directions of what would occur that day as possible. Josh did a wonderful job and completed the project in an afternoon. He also helped me better understand where this might be a potential issue in the near future on other areas of our house so I could be better prepared. We'd happily use them again for any house project we don't feel comfortable doing ourselves.“
“Assemble a portable outdoor basketball hoop. The feedback on the hoop said that the parts aren’t well labeled and it takes 2 people 5-7 hours to assemble. This team was able to do it in under two hours. Well worth the money and I would hire them again.“
