“This morning 12/31/25 some of the electricity went out in my 101 year old house, and some lights were on, but very dimly. I assumed it was an issue with my house. I called just after 8 am and was surprised when someone answered right away and said someone could come out this morning. It turned out that there was an XCel power outage. When I called back to cancel, the same person was very kind and understanding. When I have an electric issue in the future, I will call Mr. Electric of St Paul. Friendly customer service and I was so relieved when they said they could come the same morning as the issue occurred... and on NYE, no less.“

He spent the time to thoroughly explain the work he was going to do and even stayed late to finish the job in one day ensuring we had power before he left and that they would not have to return to finish the next day. It was back working in short order. I’m sure his schedule does not always allow such quick service, but I so appreciated his amazing responsiveness and professionalism.
