I would recommend going to Menards and buying doorknobs for the same service but cheaper.
Our closing was delayed over a week, this has caused a huge amount of stress and extra expenses for 2 families. This is all due to the incompetence of Cheri and Deb.
After being told we had to hire an attorney to be able to close, our legal advice was to not hire an attorney as there is no reason the title company can’t obtain the needed document. Our realtor was then able to get the document in 5 minutes. I am dedicated to using the little energy I have left to make sure anyone considering using this title company is fairly warned of the unacceptable service provided. Actually... read full review
