Mike Ford was very thorough and honest about what he found in the inspection and led us to a conclusion with the homeowners to split the cost of replacing the roof! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. He also laid out the details of other issues that he found and categorized them into recommended repairs and repairs that could wait which we really appreciated! All in all, I will call Cornerstone Home Inspection for any inspections or questions about any issues with our new home and I know Mike will give me his honest feedback!!
