These guys are great!!! Very responsive. They were quick to schedule the service on one of the hottest days of the year. The technician (TJ I believe) was personable, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and repair it. No drama, no shenanigans. Neumann installed our system 8 years ago and our experience has always been very positive. I would not consider calling anyone else. As a side note my neighbor was having issues with their furnace this past winter on a weekend and they couldn’t reach the company that had installed it. I recommend Neumann and they showed up with in a couple hours for a quick repair.
There when we needed. One time went above and beyond when small Grandchildren put matchbox cars down discharge pipe. They had just put in new hookups plumbing for new laundry area. While waiting for appliance delivery (which was 2 days late. Home Depot go figure). Neumann sent an employee over within the hour. Young man worked with my Son and Husband for a couple hours to retrieve the toys and prevent an issue down the line. Then refused to charge us for the time.
We had several projects to be completed and everything was done perfectly. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I called Neumann after being treated poorly by another local plumbing business and was pleased with this service. Technician gets 5/5, scheduler gets less. He was rude.
