We use Anderson for our annual checkups and were cautioned about the longevity of our furnace. Sure enough, it went out this month. But within a few days, we had a brand new furnace fully installed. Anderson's team is responsive, professional, respectful and honest. We're very happy with the service we received and our new furnace!

I had a gas boiler problem that was difficult to troubleshoot. The Anderson Heating team listened to my concerns and were persistent in finding the ultimate cause even though they couldn’t replicate the problem when they were here. They are honest people who stand behind their work.

Anderson's did not actually service my equipment - they were scheduled, but called ahead of time and asked for a picture. They pointed out the problem with the drain (caused by me!) and saved us a service call. Will I use them in the future? Absolutely. They could've said nothing, charged me for the call, and gone right on about their day. Integrity and customer service is worth an awful lot in the service business. I'd happily refer them for any work in the future!
