BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I/we strongly believe in giving companies a chance to "do things right" and treat customers with respect; but Martin Exteriors was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had in working with a home repair/improvement company. It started out okay; but once our deposit check was cashed we were left in a holding period with no phone calls, no communication, missed appointments, and disrespect. After several calls to the main office voicing our concerns we finally received a call from a "manager" who appeared to feel bad and voiced that our job was literally "forgotten" about. I contacted Martin Exteriors Roofing & Siding sometime in late August. They came out surprisingly quickly and offered me a written estimate that seemed very reasonable considering all the work required. We did our research regarding the standard roof replacement cost beforehand and were pleased that they didn't try to overcharge us. Our existing roof was made of slate and we replaced it with asphalt shingles. The whole operation was done professionally, seamlessly, and we have zero complaints. All in all - would recommend this company without hesitation.
Everyone I've met from Martin Exteriors Roofing & Siding over the years, both as a homeowner and a businessowner, has been excellent and very knowledgeable. I’ve always had a wonderful experience working with them and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of either residential or commercial roofing contractors in and around Hortonville, Wisconsin. These guys are the real deal.
