OMG! I cannot sing the praises of this company loud enough. I came home to a flooded basement on Wednesday, 3-18-2026. At first glance, it was looking like it was a septic back-up. From the initial phone call to the gal who answered the phone to the fella (Don), who was at my house in less than an hour, to the owner who was assisting Don on the phone during the entire time Don was here, this company and its people are AMAZING! Highly recommend! They quickly jumped into action and went above and beyond to help me get to the crux of what was the cause of my flooded basement and used their connections to help me get other folks out onto the jobsite to assist. Excellent service! Was almost unbelievable. Our septic alarm went off and after determining there was something wrong with our pump, called Kuettle for help. Service truck arrived within an hour of my call. Dale emptied the holding tank, inspected and found other problems besides the pump being shot. Took care of everything for us including calling in a plumbing service (Hansen, by the way very good also), cleaning out the mound system and repairing the inside of the holding tank. Great service and great people to work with.
First experience with a septic service and I’m now convinced there will be no need to ever change providers. Very knowledgeable and quick to share information with a “septic novice”. Explained the inspection findings and made recommendations for possible future service needs. A positive experience from start to finish. Two thumbs up for Kuettel’s.
