The owner, Alan Kiplin is responsive, trustworthy and patient. Remodeling our home feels overwhelming and he simplifies the process and provides guidance. We completed a roof replacement, on an addition, with a lot of damage. Kiplin Construction made the process seamless, cleaned up after each project, and we love the results!!

Alan did a wonderful job turning our first floor half bath into a full bath with room for W/D. Also, beautiful new oak doors, LVP flooring in kitchen, dining and bathroom! He pays close attention to details, responded quickly to text and questions. We highly recommend Alan!
