The scheduling was very smooth. I called and got on the wait list as we realized our system wasn't cooling. I was fortunate to have a repair person come the following day and trouble-shoot the problem. He was very helpful and informative, he was the same technician who came the prior year for a similar issue, so it was nice he was familiar with the issue and the setup/layout.
My AC went out. Alex was great. He explained the problem and provided the options for repair, so that I could choose the one I felt was most suitable. He was efficient, professional and communicated well. I could not be happier.
I have been with Jackson Hardware for years and I have never been disappointed. I purchased my furnace and central air from them and they have done all of my maintenance. West did a wonderful job for me today. He was very friendly and efficient. He is definitely an asset to your company.
