The Technician, Josh Ryan, was efficient and personable. He explained and showed me pictures of why our furnace needed a new inducer motor. He explained the cost but didn't pressure me into making the purchase. He also valiantly fought a couple wasp nests inside our air conditioner unit (without injury). ;-)
SURE-FIRE is a local company that our family will continue to do business with because of the warm welcoming voice from people in the office and terrific technicians that ensure our home will be warm and cooled as needed!
The service technician was knowledgeable, professional and someone I would highly recommend to anyone. However, if you need parts, you may have to wait a long time to get them. Our motor went out on our commercial furnace and it took nearly 3 weeks to be up and running. I did not get the feeling that there was any push to locate the needed part. Temps did get into the teens. It was cold inside.
We were called to schedule our one year free service. The service men were courteous and friendly and really checked out the system. We will definitely be calling them next year for another annual maintenance.
