We have been extremely pleased with the attentive, thorough and personalized service we have received from the office staff, vision practitioners and optical technicians at Optical Fashions in Holmen for the last four years. They truly care about their customers, offering the latest in eye health exams, vision testing and eyewear fashion! They are never too busy to fix minor eyeglass issues (damage repair and nose pad replacement) at no charge. We've never had better vision and this is why Optical Fashions in Holmen is our family favorite place to go for all things vision!

A very friendly staff, Caleb was most helpful picking out glass frames with me. Website is easy to navigate and response time is great! Technicians and Dr Puls are very nice and thorough.

I found the Holmen clinic to be staffed with exceptional people. Being somewhat critical of the healthcare system in general, I came away from my first visit impressed from their professionalism and the genuine care. I would highly recommend them.

From Optical Fashions Eye Care Clinic Holmen

Optometrist Charles Vaslow started his own optical business in 1962, opening a small practice in downtown La Crosse on Jay Street. There, the doctor watched as the field of optometry grew as did LaCrosse and he soon added more doctors to his staff. Dr. John Hoehn joined him in 1977 -soon followed by Dr. Thomas Culver. In 1989, the name was changed to what is now known as Optical Fashions. In 2004, the practice moved from its long time location on Jay Street to where it is currently located at 2104 State Hwy 16. Although the original founder is gone and the other partners have retired, Optical Fashions is still thriving in our Coulee Area.
