Absolutely 5 Stars for Jessica in The Onalaska Walmart Vision Center!
After a couple years, my eyeglass frames broke. I really liked the frames and style so I went to the Walmart Store in Onalaska, WI. but because they were an older model they did not stock them in the store anymore. Jessica told me to go on walmart.com and order them and I could bring them back and she would put my lenses back into the frames.
So I ordered the frames online and saved $100 compared to what the same frames cost a couple years ago. A week later I went back to Walmart store and reminded Jessica of what she had said the week before. She said no problem and put my glasses all back...read full review
I went to Walmart for the first time to get prescription eyeglasses and I was really happy with my experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! I will definitely be going back.
Been going to WalMart Optical for 8 plus years. For myself(mom 47) and my daughter. Who has a serious eye disease. That requires special care and contacts. While we also see doctors at the local hospital. We go to WalMart for fast, easy, affordable glasses in between.Today we saw Dr. Ruprecht again (he prescribed my daughters first pair of glasses after being told at a hospital clinic they were not needed, they were incorrect) years ago.I could not be happier, more impressed or pleased with his care.
