“Phyllis does a great job giving massages. This past time, I needed more in my shoulder area which I forgot to tell her to focus on. After the massage, the next day I experienced dizzy feelings and really could not move much. My right side is my troublesome side and I regretted not emphasizing that more when I was there. Finally as Tuesday progressed, I put heat on my shoulder and took a muscle relaxer. So in the future, we need to focus on my right side more. Thank you.“
