Phyllis does a great job giving massages. This past time, I needed more in my shoulder area which I forgot to tell her to focus on. After the massage, the next day I experienced dizzy feelings and really could not move much. My right side is my troublesome side and I regretted not emphasizing that more when I was there. Finally as Tuesday progressed, I put heat on my shoulder and took a muscle relaxer. So in the future, we need to focus on my right side more. Thank you.

I got a custom facial and massage and it was hands down one of the best experiences I have had. I have had massages through out Minnesota and Wisconsina and as far away as Costa Rica and I would rate this as the best massage I have had. I definitely plan on returning in the future. The price was also excellent for the quality of service.I also received a one hour reiki treatment and was thrilled with it. It was very relaxing and felt very helpful. The card draw at the end was inciteful and I felt very peaceful after.

The TAMA facial really is as described. I always leave glowing and definitely relaxed. Lately I’ve added on ART, the acoustic resonance therapy, and it honestly feels life enhancing. My memories are clearer and I’m having to adjust to less ‘brain fog’. I’m excited to see where this goes.
