If you’re in a pinch, call Charlie. My truck keys magically disappeared the last night of vacation. I really needed to get home for a meeting and he got me there. He promptly came out to us, he was professional, friendly, and most importantly he got me going where I needed to be going pretty quick!
Lost a truck key at 10:30 at night right before a long trip back home. Charlie was the only one to answer the phone at that time of night. He said he couldn’t make it that night due to a long day and a long drive to get to us and he had just walked back in the door from another job. We told him don’t worry about it and we would try and find someone else closer so he could get rest. Charlie was kind enough to call back the next day to see if we found someone to help and offered to come help after we said we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. He showed up and helped us program a new key to get us back on the road and was very kind!
