Service tech was very conscientious and careful to explain financial options he was willing to stay as long as it took to complete the job correctly. It was costly but he did a good job.

John arrived on time and listened to the upgrades we wanted. He then reviewed each area and provided his assessment as well as other options. He gave us an estimate for the primary upgrades and each option. We were pleased to learn that he could complete all the work that same day. John did a great job and was a true professional.
