We have had great experiences with all the staff at North Lake but particularly Dr. Hamm. Our almost 13 year old dog has been going through a lot of health issues lately and she has been so great with communication with test results and suggestions for changes to his meds/health plan. She is very kind and knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about how our boy is doing! Thank you North Lake and thank you Dr. Hamm!

We saw Dr. Kistner for our very first vet visit for our pup. She was so thorough, kind, and spent a great deal of time with us during our visit. I left there with clarity, not questions because she took the time to answer every single one and did not make me feel rushed one bit!
