Staff is always gentle, kind, and positive. My cat can be a stinker at times, and they handle him so well.

We have had great experiences with all the staff at North Lake but particularly Dr. Hamm. Our almost 13 year old dog has been going through a lot of health issues lately and she has been so great with communication with test results and suggestions for changes to his meds/health plan. She is very kind and knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about how our boy is doing! Thank you North Lake and thank you Dr. Hamm!

North Lake is the best. I've been taking my pets there for 23 years.

We saw Dr. Kistner for our very first vet visit for our pup. She was so thorough, kind, and spent a great deal of time with us during our visit. I left there with clarity, not questions because she took the time to answer every single one and did not make me feel rushed one bit! Staff is welcoming, so very kind and patient. 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

Appointments are always on time, they even accept me when we’re 10 minutes early! Modern facility, pleasant staff, always accommodating, very professional & will call to check on your pet the next day if they came in sick. Just had my pup in for a nail trim, and the staff pampers him like a king!!
Been going to NLV for close to 30 years (two cats and 3 dogs). Started with Dr. Gilligan and have advanced to the many new vets that they have there. Everybody is kind and gentle with my dog, and he actually gets excited going in! He loves this place!

I regularly take my dog (Bella) to see Dr. Niebler. Dr. Niebler is very nice and is great with Bella. She takes the times to thoroughly discuss any concerns/questions I have. Bella recently had a couple of procedures done by Dr. Lien. Dr. Lien was great as well. Both doctors take the time to listen and discuss any concerns/questions I have.
