Fred's has always been reliable septic service for me. I recently needed my well and systems tested due some issues I was having. They helped find issues quickly and installed a new iron filter that same week. Helpful, quick and great customer service over the phone and in person. Highly recommend.

I had a septic backup over the weekend (Sunday of course). We called Fred's and they sent out Dave within an hour. He assessed the situation in minutes and pumped the tank. Thought we were in the clear but the backup caused the lateral to get blocked. Dave explained that he needed to take the pumper back and get his service truck. He returned in minutes and snaked out the lateral. The system was back in action ! You won't find this kind of great caring honest service anywhere nowadays! Excellent service. We had a problem with our 50+ year-old septic system. Fred's was quick to respond for an emergency pump. The technician, Randy (super nice guy), helped troubleshoot the problem. Fred's was able to get us on the schedule quickly to replace old cast iron pipes. Nick and Jason were very professional, and provided updates as work progressed and after completion. Office and field staff were very responsive and great to work with.
