Dave Perry Heating & Cooling

We just had Dave Perry Heating and Cooling install a new boiler and hot water heater, along with other updates to our hydronic system and they did an outstanding job. Prompt and thorough, high quality work and we strongly recommend them.

On the night of MLK Day - and the Miami v. Indiana college football game - my boiler went belly up. I tried to grit it out with my fireplace & 1 space heater, but the temperature in my house just kept dropping. I ended up calling Dave Perry's emergency number and got Andrew. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He went straight to work, determined the issue, drove to their office to see if they had the part. They did not, so he brought back 4 space heaters to get us through the night. The next day, Andrew and Dane worked off/on until 6 PM, to make sure my heat was functioning properly. Through the advice of a friend in the construction industry we recently contracted with this team of technicians to replace our 35 year old A/C and our 15 year old furnace. They did an outstanding job. Along with the Armstrong HVAC, we also had them install a state-of-the-art thermostat and humidifier. These guys are straight shooters and trustworthy. Glad we had the chance to work with them.
