Very pleased with my first experience with this great group of professionals. I had a very negative ordeal with my previous dental provider in the area, and was seeking a new practice. Bark River got me on the schedule immediately and performed my X-rays and cleaning the same day. The hygienist who did the cleaning was beyond thorough and miles ahead of the previous individual who spent about 5 mins most cleaning my teeth. From Dr Jake, to the ladies at the front desk, do my hygienist, everyone was professional, efficient and pleasant. Looking forward to continuing trusting them with my dental care.
I've been coming here for many years now (not as consistently as I should) and always enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere from the front desk to the hygenists and doctors. Very nice facility with nice views of the outside while you're being worked on. Never had any issues with the work that was performed on me from extractions to simple fillings. Highly recommend!
I started with Dr Vitense, and then the Smith Father and Son took over, it was a change, no judgement, just simply a change. I decided I try a change. I went to a closer, still privately owned Dental Office. They were okay, but the Dentist I got was going to leave, her husband was in his residency at Medical College, she did leave when he completed his residency. The office then sold to a large corporate dental firm, and then there was change. That change brought a loss of connection, a loss of ownership, I was the commodity, I was just a person to be billed. I left and tried Forward Dental, where I was just someone to be billed, it wasn't good. Thank goodness... read full review
