Unique Remodeling LLC delivers excellent, high-quality work on basements and kitchens. Mike and his partners show great attention to detail from design to clean up, creating beautiful spaces within budget. Professional, trustful workers keep the rest of the house clean. Mike is responsive, respectful of time, and provides 3D renditions so clients know what they’re getting. Projects meet promised schedules, with great results, including a 2500 ft2 basement with bedrooms, a bar, and a bath. Highly recommended.
Mike designed and finished our 2500 ft2 basement in 2016. 2 bedrooms, fireplace room, beautiful bar, golf/video room, bath with shower. Pictures on his website. He does a 3D rendition so you know what you're getting. Price was good. Met the promised schedule.
In 2024 he remodeled our kitchen. He's got a great carpenter and cabinet supplier. Again, did 3D renditions. Turned out great.
Mike and his partners did an excellent job on our basement. From the design to clean up, he had a great attention to detail and worked with us to make a beautiful space that was within our budget. His workers were professional and trustful and kept the rest of our house clean while moving equipment and materials. Highly recommend!
