I love getting glasses here. The staff is super helpful. And they have a great selection. Douglas today was incredibly calm. Kind and helpful. His customer service skills are top-notch. And he's incredibly caring. He is so good at his job. I'm so glad that Shopko optical is in Hartford.

I worked with Laura recently to replace the lenses in a pair of glasses and purchase a new pair. She was very helpful, patient and professional. She didn't make me feel rushed at all.
