    Before finding Motifaith, I spent hours and hours researching different gyms, feeling overwhelmed by the options and trying to find the right fit. I am so glad I chose this place.

    It’s a small club environment, which means you get personalized attention and never feel like a number. It’s not just a place where you swipe a card and get left alone. The combination of personal training and personalized nutrition guidance gives you a complete roadmap to success.

    The trainers here are the perfect mix of encouraging and fun, but they also know exactly how to push you outside your comfort zone to achieve your goals.

    If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about your progress, saves you time, and keeps you motivated, Motifaith is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

    If it weren't for my trainer and Lex I wouldn’t be motivated to work out. They push me to do the best I can every day I am there. They are training me the safe way to do things so I don’t hurt myself. It has changed my life!

    Would absolutely recommend Motifaith! Hayden was an amazing trainer to work with! He was always personable, encouraging, and easy to work with. He made workouts enjoyable and something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Hayden created a positive and motivating environment while still pushing us to work hard and improve.     I don’t often write reviews, but I have been going to Motifaith for 6 months now, and I can honestly say I enjoy going this gym (I have never enjoyed going to any other gym!). The coaches are the best! Encouraging, friendly and helpful, but they also push you to try harder and get out of your comfort zone. I have felt very welcome at this studio since day one, and all of the members are there to support each other. The atmosphere is fun and energizing, the sessions go by fast and I always leave feeling great. I highly recommend giving it a try.

    I’ve never been to a gym I’ve felt so comfortable at. Everyone is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve been encouraged to try new exercises I never would have thought of doing. When you’re having an off day, the coaches and others in the gym are there and help get you motivated and brings your mood right up. I highly recommend giving Motifaith a try!!

    ​I’ve been doing 1-on-1 sessions with Lex, and it’s been a great experience. The trainers actually know what they’re doing and keep the atmosphere light and fun. The gym itself is well-maintained with up-to-date equipment, and the other clients are consistently friendly.
    ​I appreciate their approach to progress; they prioritize focused effort without the ego. They hold you accountable, but nothing feels forced. Instead of demanding a total lifestyle overhaul, they helped me make small, sustainable changes to my diet. Lex pushes me just enough—I’m lifting significantly more than I thought I could when I started. It's a great spot to get away from the kids and have some healthy me time.
