    Before finding Motifaith, I spent hours and hours researching different gyms, feeling overwhelmed by the options and trying to find the right fit. I am so glad I chose this place.

    It’s a small club environment, which means you get personalized attention and never feel like a number. It’s not just a place where you swipe a card and get left alone. The combination of personal training and personalized nutrition guidance gives you a complete roadmap to success.

    If it weren't for my trainer and Lex I wouldn’t be motivated to work out. They push me to do the best I can every day I am there. They are training me the safe way to do things so I don’t hurt myself. It has changed my life!

    Would absolutely recommend Motifaith! Hayden was an amazing trainer to work with! He was always personable, encouraging, and easy to work with. He made workouts enjoyable and something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Hayden created a positive and motivating environment while still pushing us to work hard and improve. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer!
