Very nice staff and very helpful during my appointment, but it took over a month for my glasses to be finished and for me to be notified. If the wait time had something to do with the holiday, i would have liked to know. My appointment was on halloween day, and i received the call they were done on dec. 2. They also pointed me towards which glasses would be completely covered by my insurance, and when i wanted to pick out one of those frames, they THEN informed me that they were commercial frames and they were not allowed to sell them to me ?.

I am pleased with the service at Herslof’s Optical from Sue. She was professional and expedient in her performance. I love my glasses. My boss is happy for me to have new glasses as well in aiding and facilitating accuracy.

Fast service. Tomm and Sue gave excellent customer service. The energy was uplifting and positive. It was quick/easy to set up my appointment. The optometrist was kind and informative.
