I was looking for a heating company to replace our furnace, which we were told last winter needed to be replaced. It wasn’t gonna make it and it actually made it through the last winter. So I’d reached out to the community for advice on who they went with as a trustworthy, good service, etc. ton of people recommended Hales corners Heating! I reached out to them & they called right away, plus came immediately to give us a quote - we booked on the spot. They were here the very next day. Top notch customer service as Casey answered the phone promptly, while on his way to work (didn't need to, but did) and advised he'd call me back on seeing if they could service our A/C which went out the night before, when heat indexes reached over 100. Sent Charlie here for 1230, and showed up prompt, assessed the unit and within 20 mins, determined what part needed to be replaced, and replaced the part within 45 minutes of arrival and it was up and running. Appreciated the professionalism, promptness and fair pricing for a job well done. Keep it up!
I recently had my furnace and ac replaced by Hales Corners Heating and Air Conditioning. The owner Casey Doyne and his crew did a great job of replacing my old system. His crew helped me set up the new thermostat to my phone and they fixed and replaced some old ductwork in my basement. His crew was very efficient and had me back up in running in few hours. If you’re looking for a new furnace or ac or need repairs definitely give Hales Corners Heating a call!
