Woke up in the morning without my furnace working and a smell of something burning. Called a local heating and cooling place to address the issue. They said my secondary heat exchanger was shot along with a couple of other things. It would be more cost effective for a new system then a repair. He gave me a quote with 2 different energy rating levels for both the furnace and air conditioner. Both seem to be fairly high, so like anyone else that has to spend that kind of money I told him that I need to get at least one more quote from another company before spending $13k - $18k.So I made a call to Hales Corner heating and the owner Casey met me at my house that morning...read full review
Been a customer for 3 years. Never any issues when they perform maintenance on furnace in the fall and AC and furnace service in the spring. Charlie and Evan are very friendly, neat, and efficient service technicians.
Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and repaired my furnace quickly and reasonably. Cleaned up after repairs. Will definitely use again. Highest recommendations! Thankful I found a reliable company to use for the future!
