Betsy is fantastic! This isn’t just a haircut — it’s an experience. She takes detailed notes not only about my hair, but also about what I prefer (do I like to chat, or be quiet; for example) which help me feel like I’m more than a set of curls to her. She also uses a lot of beautiful techniques and products that make it feel so much more like a spa experience than a trip to the beauty shop. I’m so grateful she was recommended to me.

Yesterday, I had my first appointment with Betsy. After many years without a hairstylist I liked, I had such a nice experience. Betsy is amazing. She made me feel comfortable during the whole appointment. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a hairstylist. I’m so happy with the result and glad that I found her. I really appreciate her work. ☺️

I have been going to Betsy since I was 22-23 (currently 32) and she has never ONCE made me feel like I wasn't important to her as a client or as a friend. Spending time in her chair is seriously a pleasure. I love catching up and swapping stories. She really looks at you as a person and not a client and she has not missed her calling!!
