I came in at 8pm without booking and was told I could have a half hour massage. It was $50 and I was told to pay in advance in a rather curt manner. The place was cold and the masseuse asked if I was cold and turned on a little space heater. However, after a short time she insisted the temperature was OK and turned it off although I was clearly very cold. I asked her to turn it back on and she relented.
The massage itself was done with nearly no pressure nor attentiveness to where my muscles were sore and knotted. It felt as performative as a massage could feel and when I left she had the gall to ask about a tip.
It was a really good massage, however, one thing that I did not like is the paying up front. To me it doesn’t make any sense if you want to give someone a tip how am I gonna know what tip to give them? I haven’t had my massage yet :-)

I have gotten several massages at Asian Massage One and I think they do a pretty good job. The ladies are all nice and speak enough english to communicate. My one complaint was that they use too much oil at times, but I was offered a free table shower to wash it off which I accepted and it was great.
