I made an appointment last minute for 4:30 today and showed up at 4:20. I could not find the location I called countless times and no response. When booking they requested card information which is usually normal, but this place is definitely scamming. Online it says they're open till 8, google says 2 and they allowed me to make an appointment at 4:30?? Information doesn't add up. Going to be on the look out for any charges.

Friend made an appointment, we went and we tried calling the number at the door which couldn’t go through at all from both our phones. Doesn’t even ring. What kind of business doesn’t have a working phone number or a door bell??? Don’t go, it’s a scam. Wasted our time even though they confirmed appointment. And we paid for parking.

Like someone mentioned previously, do not go to them. I booked online after seeing it was five stars and it was close to where I was staying. However, not only is it hard to find, and there's no free parking but I was stood up. I scheduled earlier in the day and got a confirmation that my appointment went through and that the beautician(?) was switched from the one I initially got paired with. No big deal. However, after arriving to their front door which is inconspicuously between two restaurant store fronts, I was met with a door that had a keypad lock on it. The door was locked. There was no doorbell - only a printed sign (as well as a handwritten note over the mailbox for deliveries) to call a number that can't be reached. I asked my friend to try too and there was no avail. The line doesn't go to anything. There's also no door bell and there's no way to really see inside to see if anyones in there. If the poster didn't match the number on the website there'd be no way to tell if this is the right place. I banged on the door, and I messaged them via email, Instagram and Facebook and literally even 3 hours later no reply. It sucks that they tell you to call and provide unusable directions. It's a complete L. I'm a bit worried because it asks for your card in order to schedule an appointment. Did I mention there's a 50% cancellation fee? Yeah. Absolutely not. Will be on the lookout for any unexpected withdrawls.
