The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit feel special. Dogs are always excited to arrive, eager to play, and often come home tired from fun activities with their friends. The facility also offers a variety of dog supplies, including holistic food, healthy treats, toys, clothing, and designer accessories. TailWaggers is dedicated to creating a home away from home for dogs and helping owners become the best they can be through education on proper nutrition, grooming, and pampering. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place where dogs are well cared for, loved, and treated like family.
The groomer remembered how we liked Chia groomed and it had been a few months. Some might say she doesn’t have that great a memory probably read it in the chart. She took the time to read the chart and put to memory. She cares. I absolutely appreciate that.
Chia is a nervous dog. She had to pick him up to take him to the back for grooming. When he was picked up he was excited sniffing, strutting and nose greeting everyone and everything. Thank you for being such an amazing groomer and taking care of Chia. Thank you for putting him at ease and what a transformation. Thank you that I feel safe leaving our baby with you. Y’all amazing! Job well done!!
Our dog was missing for 8 days. During that awful ordeal, the staff at Tailwaggers were a concerned as we were, and ecstatic when we found her! The next morning the staff met us with big hugs for us (and our dog)! They gave her a much needed bath and did her nails and ears. We love this place for day care and boarding. This latest event convinced us that they truly love our dog.
TailWaggers Greenville has by far been the most accommodating for my pup with severe anxiety. They provide options at night when he stays that make him more comfortable and I can see the difference when I pick him up in his energy and mood compared to other places I have taken him. Highly recommend TailWaggers for any service!
