⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Alex Alex went above and beyond when helping us with our leaking water softener system. Not only did he diagnose and address the issue quickly, but he also brought extra salt and filled our tank without us even having to ask. With my husband recovering from shoulder replacement surgery, his kindness and care meant even more. Alex was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely considerate throughout the entire visit. We’re incredibly grateful for his professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend his service.
Amazing service. Our water heater went out right before Memorial Day. We called a local plumbing place and their estimate was crazy and they charged just to stop out. I called Jeff’s Water Conditioning and Greenville Plumbing and was quoted a price of over half off of my first estimate and was told they would try to squeeze me in. (I was the fourth water heater emergency that day!). They were at my house within 2 hours (over the lunch hour). They completed the job in less than 1-1:2 hours. The guys were great and I am so happy with my new water heater!!!! Thank You!!!
What a wonderful place to do business with. We needed help with our water problems. My husband is now handicap and can't do repairs. Jeff came out a few months ago and set us up with our repairs at a very good deal. This week we had some problems again. Jeff came out himself and worked hours fixing the problem himself. Also he would not take anything for labor. This definitely is an amazing guy and his business. We have used his service for years and never had any problems he couldn't fix. Thank you Jeff.!!!
