Had a code on my A/C unit I gave them a call and had a callback within minutes. The Jason the tech called and was able to recharge the system within an hour. I know everything feel into place but I couldn’t be happier with service I received. I will definitely call them back when I need service or replacement in the future.

Tom's comes through again! We first worked with them around 2021 when our air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air. A guy from a different company came out, charged us to refill the Freon, and told us we'd need a new unit by the end of summer. We called Tom's for a second opinion. I wish I would have called them first. Tom's found that the first company had misdiagnosed the problem and overfilled the unit with freon. Tom's removed the excess Freon for us, gave us a credit for it, and fixed the AC unit. It was still working well two years later when we moved.

Jamie came out and was able to diagnose our issue and get us heat with our older furnace. We had an intermittent problem he was able to fix that also. Very good service and knowledgeable staff would recommend Tom's Dependable
