After speaking with the manager Joy. Not only was she very understanding and very apologetic herself. She was able to squeeze my son in to either take a look at it or get a refund. After looking at it and being very understanding with my son who does get very bad anxiety with haircuts. She not only was very wonderful with him, very warm welcoming but she was able to fix his haircut and make it look good again. My son was VERY happy when we walked out and said he wanted to come back again and have her cut his hair because “mama, she made me look so handsome” he still talks about how nice his hair looks. I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now and Joy is my go to for a fade haircut. She’s a great hairstylist and definitely knows what she’s doing! Joys really nice and easy to talk too !! I can sit there and talk all day with her if I could lol
Switched to Lady Janes a while ago! Staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in the door! Jae is an awesome stylist and listens to what you actually want. Highly recommend
