From the time I walked in until weeks later, Janet was phenomenal! The process took us about 2 weeks to fully complete but she never missed a beat.! She made sure she contacted me about a concern and to check on me to see if there was anything else she could help with.! I became very frustrated with the process and Janet understood me! Not once did Janet refuse to assist me but she went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible.! I would recommend anyone to go see Janet at Jackson Hewitt inside Walmart in Greenfield.! Awesome awesome job.! From my heart to yours, thank you for all of your hard work Janet.! You made this years tax season stress free!! Thank you!!!

Janet made sure we understood everything properly, and had an AMAZING attitude throughout the whole process. My wife and I had a not so easy 2020 tax year, but she made it to be easy. She is extremely personable, and professional. Hopefully I will get to see her again next year

It was a rocky start the day of my appointment at one of the West Allis offices, the doors were locked and the lights were all out. I called and spoke with a woman named Shelley. Skip to the part of her calling me back to tell me my tax repairer was not coming in bcuz she was sick.? Ok whatever right? Well I made another appointment for the next day and met with the very nice woman I spoke with on the phone the day b4. She was amazing. Very polite and professional.
