6/6/25 - I brought my puggle (Hot Sauce) in today for allergies - my baby was very uncomfortable so that made me a nervous wreck .. the staff was great with me and my furbaby .. very knowledgeable, comforting and helped answer any questions that I had even outside of the initial reason I came in. Dr. Denise and her techs did a great job !!! Also, Ty to Stephanie the vet dietician that helped me answer any questions .. I will be making this my vet moving forward !!!

I have been taking my 3 dogs to healthy paws in greenfield for many years. Staff is very friendly, and Dr Mike is great. I have spent close to a grand in the last two weeks for vaccines and six month testing for one of the dogs which entailed blood work and eye test. Today, May 9, 2025 my 3 yr old dog had a combined vaccine and heart worm test which cost me $148 and some change which also included an up charge of $19 for a tech. I called them around 3:30 asking for some pain medication for the dog since he was limping and moaning in pain. The tech mentioned “well we offered it to your husband, but he thought we had some at home.” Doctor was gone for the day, but the tech was able to reach the dr. Someone called and stated come and pick up the medication, but be here soon since they close at 4. I send my husband and the cost for (2) Rimadyl 25 mg pills was $16.08! I was livid! I called Costco pharmacy and chewy to compare, and Chewy cost $1.68 each, Costco $5.91 for 2. When I mentioned I paid Healthy Paws $16.08 for 2 pills they stated how outrageous. I have read many of the reviews listed, people complaining about how expensive it has gotten at healthy paws, well I do agree with them too. I think it’s time to look for another vet or return to St Paul which I dread, but at least they do offer 10% off for senior citizens and veterans.

I've been bringing my dogs here since they were puppies. The customer service is always great! Samantha treats my babies with so much care and kindness. I truly appreciate how she goes above and beyond every time.

We have been going to this vet for the last four years. Every visit results in subsequent visits because the staff forgets to do something they were asked to do while we were there for the primary visit, thereby resulting in another office charge. This process gets ridiculously expensive and time-consuming.

I've been going here a long time and they truly care for your pets. From the Doctor's and staff they are outstanding. This is the only place that my Chauhau doesn't need a muzzle cus he likes them.

I've been taking my furry friend to Healthy Paws Animal Clinic for nearly 5 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provide. The staff is incredibly friendly and always make my dog feel right at home. They're patient, understanding, and always willing to answer any questions I have. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary clinic.

Came here from another vet thinking they were cheaper only to be charged hidden fees. It says a nail trim for cats is $32 in one place and $24 in another place. Was charged over $40 for one nail trim because of a so called vet tech up charge of $19! Will not be coming back. Very shady.

I am disabled. I'm in a wheelchair. Last winter I needed to pick up my dogs medicine. There was snow on the ground and I called to see if they could just hand it to me as I drive up, not even 3 feet from the door, to get it. They said no. I did explain I'm in a wheelchair. So I parked, got my wheelchair out. Tried to manually drudge through the snow. It was one of those bitterly cold days. I had to go down, around the corner to back up a ramp to the sidewalk. It took me 20 minutes to get in the office. It took 3 minutes in the office and 15 minutes to get back to my car. I'm sooooo disappointed with them. They're not accommodating, AT ALL. If you're disabled, I DON'T RECOMMEND you use them. Also, my dogs medicine is expensive. I live on $1000/month. That's it. Today I could only afford half a month's meds for him cuz I had to buy me food. I found out there's a $12 filling fee that's not explained on the bill!!! So now that I paid $12 for the half a month filling fee, in 14 days I have to pay another $12!!! I'm OUTRAGED!!!

Took my dog there because they had good reviews waited 2 hrs because of an emergency. Fine I understood. Tried to upsell me 3 times. Not good. He was scratching like mad. Asked me if he had fleas?? He's a black dog. I'm not a vet?told me me had a skin yeast infection. called many times. Wouldn't stand behind their work Took him to a groomer. Full of fleas! He has suffered for many months +I have spent more money trying to help him! Would never take him there again! The poor little guy. He has suffered greatly because of them!
