Incredibly happy with the service here from Jon. Our heat went out this morning and I called for an appointment and they got me in right away and were right on time. They gave the initial estimate over the phone and Jon was very informative and pleasant to work with the entire interaction. My wife was home alone and felt safe and happy to work with him and didn't feel taken advantage of at all for the repair. I have used this company for over 30 years both for residential rental properties, commercial properties as well as my home. I have been more than satisfied with them. They are prompt, professional and offer a good value with their service and products. I have used them for both service and installation of new equipment. I would highly recommend them to all.

We recently had out HVAC blower motor go out and replaced by J and B. Kevin diagnosed, ordered the part, and came back with the part when they said they said they'd be here, and installed it. A/C working again!! 5 stars! Yes it was expensive, but another company diagnosed the same problem and was going to charge even more!
