If I could give this place more stars I would. After being told by ubreakifix and geek squad that there was nothing they could do to save my phone, I was desperate to find somewhere that could troubleshoot why my 22ultra just died. I had a new phone but needed to transfer important files from the old one. This was one of googles top suggestions and rightfully so! I walked in and was greeted right away. The employee was extremely kind and said that they would give me a call on what they found and if it could be fix. Less than 30 minutes, I got the call that my phone could be fixed! It only took about 20 minutes and the cost was very reasonable.
