Tim was super helpful, friendly and efficient. I called with a question. He was able to answer it and explain something in a way I could understand. I feel like good customer service isnt as common as it use to be. Sp thank you and bravo!!

Fantastic Experience! The owner spent over 1/2 hour trying to determine why my new pepper grinder that was powered by rechargeable batteries would not work. He was so determined and helpful. He showed me that there were two peppercorns stuck inside of the base. He tried to get them out but we could not open the grinder to get inside. After I got home I used a rubber mallet and pounded the top. It opened up the small screw, released the spring, and the two peppercorns fell out! Thank to him I also became persistant and the mill works perfectly. Would definitely recommed this store!

3/22/23Clinton and Matt were GREAT. They identified the problem, found the fuse and stayed with it until it was replaced. Huge for me as I'm on oxygen and needed the car charger to work to keep the oxygen flowing. I can only imagine how long this would have taken at a car dealership, and how much it would have cost.Above all that they were very kind. Why would anyone go anyplace else?They both deserve a raise!!!!Thank you againEllen
