Very unprofessional.Pour customer service,and overcharging while applying cheap nail products to my nails.The nail tech literally glued on 1 plastic nail then got up and walked away for like 8 whole minutes without explanation.She then talked on her phone(ear bud) practically the entire time which made caused her to glue my nail on crooked and screw the shape up of 2 nails.When told her that the nails were messed up,she huffed and puffed about fixing it,then spoke to the other co-worker and said in another language that she wishes I would shut up.She didn't know I understood the language. I was extremely dissatisfied with the manicure and pedicure services provided at this salon. Firstly, the quality of work was subpar. The technician lacked attention to detail and precision during the procedures. My nails were improperly filed, leaving sharp edges that caused discomfort while walking. Additionally, the technician carelessly handled the skin on my feet, poorly removing the cuticles and causing irritation.Furthermore, the salon's hygiene standards were questionable.
